Have not jog for the last few days after Saturday half marathon. So far this year, completed 2 races and getting 2 PB, the 16km & the recent half. Total distance covered in races at the moment is 38km. With the confirmed SCMS in Dec, the total confirm distance is 80km on the roads. There are probably 2-3 smaller races which I will register in the coming months, so I will be running/walking for more than 100km in road races this year (excluding training distance).
Today I came across a motivating clip from a Singapore runner, she had this on her blog. I have found my reason to run.
