Next event. Newton Run 30km Men Competitive. It is a nice surprise and I like this T-shirt design. Picture below shows the back of the T-shirt.
Items from the goodie bag, well it is alright, with the fuel belt and a tiny tube of deep heat.
Was good to receive a fuel belt in the goodie bag, a pleasant surprise. It can hold up to 8 packets of power gels. But anyway, I doubt I will use it. The route this year is kind of boring, running 3 rounds of 10km each at east coast park, well I guess there is some shade there, the morning heat will be challenging.
